Soccer Subs Playing Time Privacy Policy

Soccer Subs Playing Time is designed as a focused utility app. This policy explains what information the app handles, why it is used, and how you can contact us.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the Soccer Subs Playing Time mobile app and related support pages.

2. Team and match information

You may enter a team name, players' first names or nicknames, shirt numbers, positions, opponents, match dates, attendance, substitutions, playing-time records, and preferences. These records are stored on your device and are used only to provide the app's team, match, receipt, history, and season-ledger features. You do not need an account. Please avoid entering players' last names or other sensitive information.

3. Local storage

Roster and match records remain on this device unless you choose to share a generated match receipt through another app. Soccer Subs does not upload roster names, opponent names, match notes, or playing-time records to Firebase or RevenueCat. Deleting all local data in Settings removes the app's locally stored teams, matches, and preferences.

4. Analytics and diagnostics

After you accept the privacy notice, Google Firebase Analytics may process an app-instance identifier, general device and app information, and limited product events such as app opened, match started or completed, history opened, settings opened, share opened, or a Pro purchase flow outcome. Firebase Crashlytics may process crash traces, device and operating-system information, and app state needed to diagnose failures. These services are not sent player names, team names, opponents, match dates, receipt contents, or free-form text by the app.

5. Purchases

Apple App Store processes payment information. RevenueCat processes an anonymous app user identifier, store product identifier, purchase and entitlement status, renewal or expiry status, and refund information so the app can unlock and restore Pro. Soccer Subs does not receive full payment-card details. RevenueCat automatic device-identifier collection is disabled.

6. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Limited data is shared only with Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting, RevenueCat for purchase entitlement management, Apple for store payments, and the support or sharing app you deliberately choose. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Permissions

Core timing does not require contacts, SMS, call logs, precise location, microphone, camera, photo library, or calendar access. Sharing a receipt opens the system share sheet and does not grant Soccer Subs access to the receiving app's data.

8. Advertising

This release does not include advertising or an advertising SDK.

9. Retention

Local records remain until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Analytics, crash, and purchase records are retained by the applicable provider according to its service settings and legal obligations. Support emails are retained only as needed to respond and maintain support records.

10. Children and youth teams

The app is intended for coaches, team managers, and parents, not for children to use independently. Adults should enter only the minimum roster information needed to manage playing time. If you believe personal information was provided through support channels by a child, contact us so we can review and delete it when required.

11. Your choices

You can decline the privacy notice and exit the app, manage permissions in device settings, delete all local team and match data in the app, manage or cancel an annual subscription in your App Store account, restore eligible purchases, clear app data, or uninstall the app. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of support records associated with your email.
