1. Service

Soccer Subs Playing Time helps coaches, managers, and parents record substitutions and playing time. The Free plan allows up to three completed matches. Soccer Subs Pro allows unlimited new matches and continued season tracking.

2. No professional advice

The app is a planning, organization, and record-keeping tool only. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice.

3. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the team and match records you create and for obtaining any permission needed to record or share information about other people. Enter only the minimum roster information needed for the app's purpose.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to violate laws, infringe rights, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected components, or misuse support channels.

5. Subscriptions and paid features

Available plans include an automatically renewing annual Pro subscription and a one-time lifetime Pro purchase. The exact localized price is shown by the Apple App Store before confirmation. Annual Pro renews automatically unless cancelled through your App Store account; access continues through the paid period after cancellation. Lifetime Pro does not renew. Payment, cancellation, and refund handling follow Apple's rules. Restore Purchases checks eligible purchases for the current store account. A pending or incomplete transaction does not unlock Pro until the store entitlement is confirmed.

6. Intellectual property

The app design, text, code, icons, and other product materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain responsibility for content you create in the app.

7. Availability and local records

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonable. Store, network, or entitlement-provider outages can temporarily prevent new purchases or restores. Saved local matches remain available, but you are responsible for device backups and exports because the app does not provide cloud roster or match sync.

8. Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Privacy Policy. The privacy links in the app and store listing identify the current policy.
